THE COTTAGES

These consist of an outstanding development of 8 stone-built south-facing luxury cottages all rated either 4 or 5 star by Visit Britain and awarded accessibility levels of M3A or M3I the highest ratings attainable.

All cottages are exceptionally well equipped with teletext television, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment. All have double patio doors from the livingroom and the 2 bedroom cottages also have double patio doors in the master bedrrom opening onto their own private south-facing timber-decked patio which overlooks the lake and woods beyond.

All have an adjacent level parking space, are fully double-glazed, with gas-fired central heating and a coal-effect fire, so are ideal for a warm and cosy stay anytime during the year. Mallard, Kingfisher, Chaffinch & Swallow have the following extras, either a four-poster or canopied bed, TV in the bedroom, CD stereo system, a video,  dishwasher and washer/dryer.

We our proud that all our cottages have been awarded either 4 or 5 stars by Visit Britain and that ALL have been inspected and rated under the National Accessible Scheme for Mobility BS 8300:2001.
