Prices & Booking
Prices: Prices are based on two people in one bedroom and four people in two bedroom cottages. Additional persons 12 years and over are charged at £60 a week. Lighting, heating & hot water included, other electricity via a £1.00 meter. A credit is included at the start of your stay. Prices are detailed on the 2011 prices page.
Terms: We request a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday with this booking form, with the balance at the latest twelve weeks before your arrival. Payment of the deposit and our subsequent receipt of same means that the customer is liable for the balance of the cost of the holiday. Simply complete and return with your premium. This must be received within 7 days of your booking form. See Terms and conditions page. We recommend that you obtain your own holiday/cancellation insurance to the value of your holiday.
Booking-in: your arrival should be no earlier than 3.00pm please, as this will give us the chance to ensure that your cottage is in pristine condition for your stay. For the same reason all cottages must be vacated no later than 10.00am on the day of departure.
Bedding: Bedding and linen are provided (except for cots), as are towels and tea towels. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival. There are spare blankets etc.. You will need to bring your own towels for the swimming pool and/or beach.
Groceries: We can arrange for groceries to be left in your cottage for your arrival. An order form is enclosed with your final receipt which we request you return no later than 10 days before your holiday. Please note that Newspapers can't be delivered anymore due to the village post office shop closing.
Occupancy: In two bedroom cottages is restricted to a maximum of four people or five where a 4ft lounge sofa-bed is provided. Unless arranged in advance no visitors are allowed on site.
Equipment: We have a limited amount of equipment for hire, on a first come first served basis. Additional and specialist equipment can be hired from a local company, please contact us for details.
As some guests have respiratory difficulties smoking is not permitted in the cottages or the bar. Small Dogs are welcome in two cottages outside the school holidays please ring 01409 211509 and check with us before booking.
